WALKING CHALLENGE!
We have extended the deadline to use your summer PA days up until August 31st.
For those enrolled in medical coverage through GTC and participating in Wellworks, we have a new program for individuals with Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes. Completion of this program is worth 120 points! Please see the attached flyer for details. If you have questions please see HR or reach out to Wellworks at 800-425-4657.

The new season is a great reason to make and keep resolutions. Whether it’s eating right or cleaning out the garage, here are some tips for making and keeping resolutions.
There are so many good reasons to communicate with site visitors. Tell them about sales and new products or update them with tips and information.
Write about something you know. If you don’t know much about a specific topic that will interest your readers, invite an expert to write about it.
