WELCOME TO SPARC+

SPARC is about you, our valued associates...we're listening!

Green Tokai has developed four new mobile applications (apps) to help all of our employees to conveniently access company resources and provide various feedback mechanisms to foster communications within our company.

The "parent" app is called SPARC+ (pronounced "SPARC PLUS") and is immediately accessible to all GTC associates that have a company email address (an address ending in "@greentokai.com"). The "child" app is called GAME ON; this app will be available (in 2024) to all hourly production associates that do not have "@greentokai.com" email addresses. We have also create an app specific to the needs for GTC/HR called HR+T (Heart). Another app in development is called LEAD ON for leadership reports and overall operational insights.

Both apps can be installed on any mobile device as well as any computer.

NOTE: Links/buttons that have the words "(IN DEV)" are applications that are being developed and are not yet ready for leadership review/release. These are included in the SPARC+ app to give you some ideas around some of the capabilities of the system.
